Jess is the heart behind NBRMNT — a woman-led clinic grounded in women’s health, clinical integrity, and genuine community care. With over 10 years of experience in remedial massage, pregnancy care, movement therapy and mindfulness-based practices, Jess is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where women feel heard, understood and empowered in their bodies.

She believes healing isn’t rushed — it’s nurtured. And that is when women are supported physically and emotionally, everything changes.

Jess is especially passionate about creating spaces where women feel safe, supported and deeply seen — not just as clients, but as whole human beings.

This gentle, grounding session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect and breathe deeply.

Jess will guide you through accessible movement, calming breathwork and a restorative meditation to help regulate your nervous system and bring you back into balance. Perfect for busy mums, working women, or anyone feeling stretched thin.

Friday 20th March | 5:30pm | 60 minutes

A nurturing and practical session designed for expecting mums and their partners.

Jess combines her clinical pregnancy massage background with mindful movement and connection practices to help couples feel more confident, supported and aligned during pregnancy.

You’ll learn gentle positioning, breath techniques and supportive touch practices that partners can use during pregnancy and birth.

This is about connection, calm and stepping into this next chapter together.

Briony O’Connor

Physiotherapist

Founder of Be In Blossom Physiotherapist

Briony brings over 19 years of specialised Women’s Health Physiotherapy experience, supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic health and cancer care.

She spent a decade at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and continues her maternity-focused work at North West Private Hospital, now practising within Ramsay Health Plus across inpatient and outpatient care.

A qualified Pilates Instructor with a background in classical dance, Briony blends strong clinical knowledge with practical, empowering movement education — helping women understand and strengthen their bodies with confidence.

 

Women’s Circle | Pelvic Floor Health

Friday 13th March | 5:30pm | 60 minutes $15

This empowering and educational circle is designed to create open, supportive conversation around pelvic floor health — something many women experience, yet few feel comfortable discussing.

Briony will guide you through understanding pelvic floor awareness, strength and connection in a safe, welcoming environment. You’ll gain practical tools, evidence-based insights and reassurance around common concerns during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

True North Wellness

Tamika is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist working across a wide range of chronic health conditions, with a special interest in oncology, pelvic health and women’s health conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis.

Her approach blends evidence-based exercise prescription with holistic health coaching — considering all pillars of wellbeing to support women in feeling strong, capable and confident in their bodies.

Tamika believes deeply in exercise as medicine and is passionate about empowering women to take control of their health and reach their full potential at every stage of life.

 

Women’s Wellness Workshop

Tuesday 24th March | 5:30pm | 60 minutes

This practical and empowering workshop explores evidence-based lifestyle strategies, purposeful movement and simple daily habits designed to help you feel strong, balanced and confident in your body.

Tamika will share how exercise can support energy, hormone health, pelvic health, bone strength and overall wellbeing — while also addressing the common challenges many women face through different life stages.

You’ll gain realistic, sustainable strategies that fit into everyday life, helping you build resilience, improve recovery and feel more in control of your health.

No extreme programs. No overwhelm. Just clear education, practical tools and a safe space to ask real questions.

Because when women understand their bodies, they move through life with greater confidence and strength.

Jess Voice

Founder - Shine Bright Support Services

Jess Voice is a compassionate facilitator who creates safe, heart-led spaces for women to rest, reconnect and regulate their nervous systems. Through sound, guided meditation and breathwork, she supports women in softening out of the constant “doing” and returning to a grounded sense of presence and inner awareness.

Her approach is gentle, inclusive and deeply nurturing — offering women space to release, restore and come back to themselves.

Sound of Being Journey™

Sunday 29th March | 4:00pm | 90 minutes

In a world that moves fast and asks so much of women, this is an invitation to soften, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Held in a women-only space, this 90-minute immersive experience is designed to honour the sacred feminine, creating a safe, nurturing container where you can rest deeply, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Through calming sound vibrations, guided meditation, and gentle breathwork, your nervous system is invited into ease. The body can soften. The mind can quieten. The heart can open. This journey supports emotional regulation, deep rest, and a renewed sense of grounding and wholeness, especially for women who give so much to others.

No prior experience is needed. Whether you’re new to sound healing, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving stillness and connection, you are warmly welcome exactly as you are.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centred, carrying a sense of peace, clarity, and embodied presence long after the session ends.
