1. Can I claim my treatment on private health insurance?
Yes, remedial massage and certain other modalities are claimable with most private health funds, provided you have cover. Claims can be processed on the spot via HICAPS.
2. What treatment is best for me?
If you’re unsure which service to book, don’t worry—our therapists will guide you. At your first visit, we’ll discuss your goals, health history, and any areas of concern, then recommend the treatment that best suits your needs—whether that’s remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy care, or relaxation.
3. What services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of holistic treatments, including remedial massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, oncology massage, relaxation therapies, yoga, and organic skin treatments. Each service is designed to support your health, well-being, and recovery.

4. Are your therapists qualified?
Absolutely. All of our therapists hold nationally recognised qualifications, are clearly listed in their bio if they hold provider numbers, and all participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure the highest standard of care.
5. Do you offer pregnancy-safe treatments?
Yes, we specialise in pregnancy massage, prenatal yoga, and pregnancy-safe organic skin treatments. To ensure maximum comfort and safety, we use a specially designed full-body Athergin pregnancy pillow that allows mums-to-be to relax and enjoy their treatment fully. Every session is tailored to support your body, ease tension, and promote overall well-being during pregnancy.
6. How long are the sessions?
Sessions range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the treatment. We recommend 60 minutes for most remedial or relaxation massages, and 90 minutes for specialty modalities, rituals or deep recovery sessions.
7. Do you offer mobile massage services?
Yes, we offer mobile massage services for busy lives, women’s health, and community elders who may prefer treatment in their own home.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
9. Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer beautifully presented gift vouchers, perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or as a gift of wellness. Vouchers are available online or in-clinic.
10. How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call our friendly team, or visit us in person. Online booking is the quickest way to secure your preferred time.​
